In addition to the seminars shared with the research option, students will be required to spend four days in various partner archival institutions of this option (IMEC, Inathèque, BnF, Institut de la Marionnette, Fondation Pathé-Seydoux...) and complete a 15-day internship at one of these institutions in both year 1 and year 2.
Coursework and assessment
Validation of years is determined by exams or through assessments based on the teacher discretion.
The curriculum is organised by semesters. Each semester comprises several teaching units.
On the one hand, compensation is structured throughout the semester without eliminating grades, and it is based on the overall average of the marks obtained in various teaching units, weighted by coefficients. On the other hand, it is organized between the two semesters.
In order to pass the semester, the student must achieve an overall average grade of at least 10 out of 20. If the student does not pass the semester, they will, however, retain credit for the teaching units in which they have achieved a grade of at least 10 out of 20.
